C-Planet case: first hearing scheduled

In October 2020, alongside Repubblika, we filed an application in Malta’s Court for collective action against C-Planet (IT Solutions) Limited for breaching data protection laws. More than 620 claimants signed up.

The joint application requests the Court to quantify and award the damages that the claimants have suffered as a result of the data breach. The first hearing will be held at 10am on 1st March 2021.
